QiGong
Classes
These QiGong Classes are designed especially for
the senior population. includes seated, standing,
or walking qigong, as appropriate. Focus of classes
covers breathing, balance, relaxation & stress
reduction, movements to relax and open the joints
to unblock and nurture qi flow for health and vitality:
Hammond Street Senior Center-Bangor
Wednesdays 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
Qigong classes for HSSC members-registration with
HSSC required
Sunbury Village-Bangor
Twice a month for ½ hour
