Our Facilities
QiGong Studio is located in downtown Bangor, Maine on the corner of State and Exchange Streets in the historic Exchange Building, designed by the architectural firm Peabody & Stearns of Boston, MA, the same firm that designed the Bangor Public Library after the Great Fire of 1911.
The downstairs street level location at 29 State Street is where we conduct our qigong classes and occasional workshops.

This area of the Studio is where class discussion takes place in a relaxed atmosphere…
There is plenty of space for meditation and physical movement…
Private qigong sessions are also held here…
The Studio’s upstairs suites house our office, reception and healing arts rooms. These are accessed at the entrance to the Exchange Building at 27 State Street, situated between our downstairs location and the Yankee Cobbler. Take the elevator to the third floor and enter Suite 37 -- Reception Room…You have arrived!...Please come in, have a seat and relax!...We will be with you shortly…
This is where all that ‘fun’ administrative stuff happens…
… answering emails, phone messages and inquiries; paying bills, maintaining data bases and spread sheets, researching information, sorting thru the snail mail, making “executive” decisions, etc... So…unless you want to stop and chat, we can move on from here…
If you have come for Healing Arts Session, you will soon be invited into this suite…Here is our space for time to sit, take a deep breath, and release the cares of the day as we engage in conversation about your forthcoming session.

After your session you are invited to take a little more time for yourself to meld into and integrate your experience before you run back out into the world to fulfill the rest of your daily demands…This room is set aside specifically for relaxation and privacy…
Our Workshops, Reiki Trainings and Xchanges may be held in any of our suites, dependent upon size of enrollment and space required…We hope that you enjoyed your visit to QiGong
