Reiki Training
Reiki Trainings are generally offered as Intensives—one or two daylong study and practice sessions in the Art of Reiki Healing. These Intensives are offered as a progression of Levels or Degrees, wherein a person may take one or as many as interests them. These may be taken close together or spaced over time. Fees for trainings vary in price according to the Level and number of days of the specific training.
Since people’s work, home and/or school responsibilities are so variable, there are no preset schedules of training---instead dates and times are coordinated between the Reiki Master and the interested student/students. For example, a training can be extended over several days, if that is what best meets the needs of the student/s. The agreed upon date or dates are then published, allowing others with similar interests the opportunity of joining that particular training. Certification is based upon successful completion of each Level. CEU’s (continuing education units) are available upon prior request.

Advanced Reiki Training (ART) – One-day Intensive
This training deviates from the traditional Usui Method of Reiki Healing, providing additional tools/skills to apply in healing sessions. These particular techniques were introduced by William Rand of the International Center for Reiki Training. Training includes: the Usui Master Symbol (yantra/mantra); attunement; technique for cleansing and clearing ki field (aura); practice healing sessions; sending continuous Reiki healing with a crystal grid; healing with the Antakarana symbol (yantra); meditations for personal empowerment…manual included…(9 hour training)
Reiki Level III (Master Practitioner/Teacher) – Two-day Intensive
At this Level, William Rand of ICRT has incorporated two additional symbols (yantras/mantras): the Tibetan Master Symbol and the Fire Serpent (Kundalini). Both are used in attunements and can be added in Reiki healing sessions. These two symbols are not a part of the Usui system. One difference between these two traditions, in terms of attunement, is in how the attunement is conducted by the Reiki Master, including the symbols used and received by the student.
Training includes: Introduction to Tibetan Master and Fire Serpent Symbols (yantras/mantras); attunement; learning the attunement process and practicing the attunements for all Reiki Levels; learning and practicing a healing attunement; reviewing outlines for Reiki trainings; developing and presenting a part of a Reiki training session…manual included…(14-16 hour training)
Upon certification, a Reiki Master has the opportunity of healing (as a Reiki Master Practitioner -- RMP), as well as empowering others (as a Reiki Master Teacher -- RMT). Until you choose to teach, you are considered to be a Reiki Master Practitioner, as you continue practicing as a Reiki healer. As a Reiki Master Teacher, you have now added teaching and the empowering of others with Reiki to your healing practice.
